Earl Von Yolk

Earl was inspired by a rooster wandering around a local zoo! He was a fabulous fellow with beautiful plumage. When I photographed him, I knew was going to have to paint him. I never caught his real name but thought it should be Earl! He reminds me of collecting eggs in the hen house at my grandfather's farm when I was little! He was painted in acrylic on a 16x20 inch canvas. It is not framed but I have painted the sides a lovely purple to compliment.
